shipments, please give us 7-10 business days to file a claim and get your
replacement sent to you.
TERMS & CONDITIONSReturns
Returns will be refunded in the same manner in which they were paid.
Customer is responsible for return shipment fees & NO COD returns will be accepted.
It is recommended that you insure the package & retain your receipt of shipment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless item was misrepresented.
For shipments with “free shipping”: Actual shipping cost will be taken out of return amount unless item was misrepresented.Returns of partial sets/ kits will not be accepted.
Returns will be assessed with a 15% Restock Fee.
Returns older than 12 months old will not be accepted.
Defective Items
Unless otherwise specified, all products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 30 days from the delivery date.
Shipping Damage, Lost or Missing Merchandise
You must call SoCalVETTES within 5 days of receipt for instructions on how to proceed. Failing to do this could jeopardize the refund or replacement of the damaged or missing items. Please save the original box and packaging materials for inspection by the carrier. Damage/loss claims cannot be filed after 15 days from the date of receipt of the package

SoCalVETTES is not liable for lost, damaged, or missing goods once the order leave our shipping dock or is accepted by carrier.Shortages or Errors
All shortages or errors must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order. NO EXCEPTIONS
